Really enjoyed viewing this property. I’ve been living here for about a year and what sold me was the cooperative and patient staff that worked along side me to complete my move in. The property was also clean upon viewing and it seemed peaceful. The vibes were good among the staff and they helped make me feel welcomed. I have loved the feeling of making this my home. This property offered me exactly what I was looking for and living here has been the best experience so far.

I cannot say enough good things about this complex. The manager Savannah was amazing to deal with and simplified every aspect; from the application to moving in. The apartments are modern yet cozy and we are very happy with every amenity Seagrove has to offer. If you’re lucky enough to get the opportunity to live at this beautiful apartment complex take it, they are hard to come by.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Savannah, the Property Manager at Seagrove. She is professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and the residents who live there. The property is well maintained, and her dedication to creating a positive living environment really shows. It’s refreshing to have a Property Manager who is approachable, dependable, and truly cares about her residents. Highly recommend Seagrove Apartments!

Just moved in about a month ago, Chassity and Savannah both helped me out with a unit within my budget that fit my needs. The process was fast and simple. I had some accommodations that i needed to be met for me to consider it. They met those needs quicker than i anticipated and went above and beyond to meet any others i had. Would put 10 stars if I could but sadly i’m limited to 5. Love it here!

Very clean apartment complex was very high maintenance staff was amazing n friendly definitely recommend living here

My family moved here over a year ago and this community has been one of the highlights of being stationed at Monterey. We were new to the area of Monterey/Seaside and stressing about finding an apartment that had a decent amount of space that accepted pets and had charging stations for our cars. Savannah the property manager was welcoming from the first call to present day. She answered all our questions, broke down cost, policies, and was there to welcome us the day we arrive to Seaside. We were doing so much from across the country and her friendly and professional voice kept us at ease every step of the way with our transition. This community is very pet friendly and welcoming. We came from owning our own home and wanted an apartment that was worth the local prices and Seagrove delivered. The apartments are spacious and new with great appliances. The community is equipped with charging stations in the parking stalls so owning an electric car isn't a hassle (which was a huge concern of ours). The community is well maintained and stands out for the modern style compared to its surrounding area (including Monterey and Pacific Grove many of it is older with less amenities and higher pricing). The holiday events are so much fun to attend and Savannah's effort for community togetherness is well known. Coming here the prices for rentals was a shock, but this community is in attainable price range for being a new community, making it reasonable compared to other places we toured. If you're looking for an honest review of a great place to live, take Seagrove into consideration because after a year of "product testing" it has been the best rental experience we've had.

Lived here for almost a year and absolutely love my unit and the office manager is very attentive to any questions or concerns that have come up. Already have recommended to a few friends of mine

Matt came in to take care of a couple of maintenance issues in my apartment and he was very nice and helpful. He explained to me what he was there for and in less than 5 minutes he had fixed my maintenance issues and then asked me if there was anything else I needed, I said no so then he said for me to make sure and call the office anytime if I come across any other problems. Very nice young man, nice like everyone else here at Seagrove
