The property manager, Savannah was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. We toured a variety of units with ease, all were modern and as advertised online. The market price is in the 3,000s but you canât beat the amenities, quiet area, and balcony views! Overall, beautiful property and best management Iâve encountered.
Iâm very pleased with the communication from both Shanna and Renee and, the building is beautiful.

Savannah was an absolute gem throughout the entire process! The apartments are gorgeous. I'm a bit surprised by the other reviews mentioning the complex needing to be cheap and that itâs too big. Personally, I'm excited about the potential for increased job opportunities in the area, with new businesses drawn to the commercial space in the Sea Grove buildings. It's fantastic to see Seaside being revitalized with more shops, restaurants, and pedestrian-friendly spaces for everyone to enjoy. Every new building only 10% of the units are affordable. That is pretty standard in California.
Shanna and Renee have been very responsive and helpful with my questions- I appreciate them and this new build is beautiful!
